Processing Time
All orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time
We ship all orders via USPS. Delivery typically takes 4–5 business days after shipment, assuming there are no delays or complications with USPS. Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Custom Orders
Custom orders have a separate processing and shipping timeline. You will be provided with an estimated shipping date and expected delivery window at the time your custom order is placed.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Angel’s Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to USPS. However, we understand that issues can occur and are happy to review each situation on a case-by-case basis.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
